Put simply – bouncing on a mini trampoline is unlike regular trampolining;

Most likely everyone who's had kids will be in the same boat. Just purchase your tenaladies
and come enjoy yourself! Boogie Bounce is great for strengthening the pelvic floors -
after a couple months of consistent attendance you'll most likely be chucking the pads away :D
and as you become more familiar with the trampoline you can start to adjust and won't end up needing the bar in a few weeks time :)
but there is no impact like there is when you are exercising against the floor - You will strengthen the muscles around the knee and hip joints -
