Fruit Flapjacks

**So I Did A Spot Of Baking Today :) Great Healthy Snack To Replace Those Cakes, Biscuits & Chocolate Bars! Flapjacks!**

- 2 Bananas (Mashed)
- 2 Heaped Dessert Spoon Fulls Of Natural Honey
- Handful Of Cherries (Or Dates, Dried Apricots, Blueberries, Chopped Apple etc)
- 60g Fruit, Seed & Nut Mix (Mine Had Pumpkin & Sunflower Seeds, Chopped Dried Apricot, Dried Pineapple,
Raisins, Almonds & Walnuts (You Can Just Use A Nut Mix Or Seed Mix - Cater To Your Taste :) )
- 180g Oats
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Mash The Bananas In A Bowl With A Fork, Chuck In Your Cherries & Seed Mix, Add The Honey And Mix Together
Add Oats & Vanilla, Mix Again Until Mixture Looks Wet & Binded - You Can Add A Bit More Honey
If It Struggles To Bind But Be Patient Keep Mixing It Will Bind Eventually

Spread Evenly In A Baking Tray & Place In The Oven For 25 Minutes On Gas Mark 4. ENJOY :) <3
