Sugar & Dairy Free Peanut Butter Pancakes

After My Camel Trail Run This Morning I Needed A Big Brunch!!
So I Made Unrefined Sugar & Dairy Free Peanut Butter Protein Pancakes :D !!


140g Spelt Flour

250ml KOKO Coconut Milk Or Soya Milk (Good Source Of Protein/Low In Calories/No Saturated Fats)

2tsps Baking Powder

Pinch Of Salt

2 Eggs

70g Smooth Organic Peanut Butter (Good Source Of Protein/Full Of Fibre/Unsaturated Fats/No Trans Fats)

1) Mix Flour, Baking Powder & Salt In A Bowl & Make A Well In The Centre

2) In A Jug Whisk Eggs, Milk & Peanut Butter Together

3) Add Liquid Mixture To The Dry Ingredients In The Centre & Whisk Well

4) Use A Little Bit Of Vitalite Butter Or Coconut Oil To Pan & Make Pancakes!

I Topped Mine With Alpro Soy Vanilla Yoghurt & Mango With Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
But You Can Add Blueberries, Strawberries, Banana Anything You Like! I Just Didn't Have Much In The House!!
